The CAP mortgage offers the advantages of the
variable mortgage with regard to reductions in interest rates and provides an interest ceiling (CAP
upper rate limit) as protection against excessive interest rates. The
interest rate is fixed for each client individually. It depends on creditworthiness and product utilisation,
as well as the quality of the cover.
