What does corporate culture mean?
Culture determines human behaviour in every function or activity at
our bank. It denotes experienced and acknowledged values, norms and goals or,
in a nutshell,
the way
in which we treat each other.
What are
our corporate cultural values and norms?
- Openness and clarity
We explain the true
situation as it is and expect our customers and partners to do likewise. We admit our mistakes and use
them proactively, i.e. as an opportunity for greater success in future.
- Open communication
We create win-win situations with
all our partners. The emphasis is on shared benefits, shaping the future, achieving solutions and not
our own advantage, concentration on the past or a search for scapegoats.
- Own responsibility
Within my own area of responsibility
"I am personally responsible" for development of customer loyality, for solving of problems
and for the sustainable existence of my bank within the directives of its corporate policy and their
goals.
- KISS philosophy
"Yes, with pleasure" is typical
of our attitude. All staff make their own practical personal contribution to partner satisfaction. We
set this objective and the corresponding attitudes down in our annual mission statement.
In
the word KISS, K stands for customer, I for initiative, S for standardization and the final S for pride
in everything we do.
