and broadly-based sales network we are near to our customers, saving them long journeys and making our
contribution towards reducing the level of environmental pollution.

permanent branches provide the main access to the bank and its services. When upgrading existing facilities
and building new ones we take account of business ecology aspects and are guided by the Minergie standards.
The bank’s network of permanent branches is supplemented by mobile branches which serve 15 localities.
The fleet of vehicles used for this purpose will be replaced between 2012 - 2014. The
cyber bank offers our customers a third, state-of-the-art sales channel from the environmental aspect:
banking transactions can be processed conveniently from home via the Internet, safeguarding resources.
This provides customers with the option of using an electronic account without the need for the bank
to issue printed documents.
